Vcity Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guide You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and vcity ("Platform", "we", "vcity"). This document governs your use of the vcity.vu website, the vcity mobile app, and all services provided by our platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vcity platform — whether via website or app — you expressly confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access our platform.

Vcity reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice for minor changes. For material changes, we will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always on the latest version.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use vcity's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling activities are strictly prohibited.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any active gambling self-exclusion programme.
• Register using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one vcity account only. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances or winnings. vcity reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time to verify the information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact the vcity support team immediately. vcity will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the vcity platform are subject to the following terms and limits:

• Minimum Deposit: Each deposit must meet the minimum amount required, which may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the identity verification (KYC) process has been fully completed. Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Processing Time: Deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours depending on the chosen method.
• Payment Method: vcity supports FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and a variety of other popular Malaysian payment methods.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Vcity does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, some payment methods may impose their own charges that are beyond vcity's control. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the member.

For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes, vcity reserves the right to hold or delay any suspicious transactions for investigation. In such situations, members will be contacted to provide the necessary supporting documents.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by vcity are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid for the specified period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of that period.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Using multiple accounts or any other method to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.
• Vcity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without prior notice.

Members suspected of abusing the vcity bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies solely to meet wagering requirements — may be subject to actions including bonus cancellation and/or account restriction at vcity's discretion.

5 Game Rules and Member Conduct

Use of the vcity platform must at all times comply with fair and ethical gameplay standards. The following are strictly prohibited on the vcity platform:

• Use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Any form of collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise vcity's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Fraud in any form, including the use of another person's credit card or bank account details.

Vcity uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure fairness across all games. Results of completed games are final and cannot be reviewed except in cases of clearly demonstrable technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure or service disruption affecting an ongoing game, vcity reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the member. Wins achieved through technically affected games will not be recognized.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the vcity platform — including but not limited to logos, branding, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, images, animations, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of vcity or parties that have licensed its use to vcity.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, modifying, or republishing any platform content without vcity's written permission.
• Using the vcity name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Reverse engineering any software or system on the platform.

Infringement of vcity's intellectual property rights may result in legal action. Any use of platform content beyond the scope permitted under these Terms is strictly prohibited.

7 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

Vcity takes the privacy and security of members' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with vcity's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering as a vcity member, you agree that we may collect, store, and process your personal data for the following purposes:

8 Account Termination and Suspension

• Identification or discovery of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the vcity support team. In the event of account termination at a member's request, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process, provided no Terms violation is under investigation.

In the event of account termination due to a Terms violation, vcity reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings associated with the violating activity, subject to the internal investigation process.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vcity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled technical maintenance.
• Losses arising from failed or delayed transaction processing beyond vcity's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Any losses related to fair and legitimate game outcomes.

Vcity makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely error-free at all times. We continually strive to maintain the highest possible uptime, but occasional technical disruptions are entirely beyond our control.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where vcity is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step One: Members are required to submit complaints in writing to the vcity support team and allow 30 days for internal resolution.
• Step Two: If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
• Step Three: If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute, parties may seek remedies through a court of competent jurisdiction.

Accessing the vcity platform from regions where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the member's own risk and responsibility. vcity is not liable for any legal consequences a member may face as a result of using the platform in violation of their local laws.
